Lexis Poly - Addin / complément Outlook - Installation et Mise à jour sur environnement SaaS

Cette procédure s'applique aux clients qui disposent d'un abonnement Lexis PolyActe ou Lexis PolyOffice SaaS.

1. Téléchargement de l'installeur

Afin d’installer l’addin Lpx/Outlook, se connecter au logiciel avec votre identifiant puis cliquer sur l’icone "téléchargements" en bas de votre page d'accueil.

Cliquer sur ComplémentOutlook 32 bits ou Complément Outlook 64 bits (selon la version de votre Office) pour télécharger le complément.

Note : pour connaitre la version de votre suite Office, dans Microsoft Outlook, cliquer sur : « Fichier » puis « Compte Office » puis « A propos de Outlook ». En fin de 1^ère ligne, vous trouverez l’information recherchée.

2. Installation de l'add-in

Note : Cet add-in nécessite le runtime Visual Studio 2010 (https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/download/details.aspx?id=105522). Si celui-ci n’est pas installé sur le poste, il faut préalablement le télécharger et installer, ce qui peut nécessiter plusieurs minutes, en fonction du débit de la ligne internet.

Une fois la bonne version de l'add-in téléchargée, lancer LexisPolyComplementOutlook.msi (32bits ou 64bits), puis cliquer sur Suivant

Note : il n'est plus nécessaire de sélectionner les urls de service 

Cliquer à nouveau sur "Suivant"

Vérifier le chemin d'installation puis cliquer sur "Suivant".

Cliquer sur "Installer" (vous devez disposer des droits "Administrateurs").

L'installation est terminée. Fermez puis relancer l'application outlook pour pouvoir utiliser l'addin. Si, même après redémarrage de votre poste, vous ne constatez pas de changement sur outlook, vérifiez que la version de l'addin installée (32 ou 62 bits) correspond bien à votre version d'outlook.
